InHerShoes Volunteers
Every InHerShoes program and event is the result of hard work and dedication from our courageous volunteers.
Some volunteer roles include checking in and welcoming event guests, serving as an InHerShoes Catalyst at an information table, or even joining the event planning committee. Not into events? That's totally fine, too! Other volunteer roles include mentoring InHerShoes women and girls, helping out with our social media, work on a special project, connecting with local highschools and universities, or posting up fliers at your local coffee shop!
The ultimate volunteer commitment is joining one of InHerShoes' Chapters or with InHerShoes HQ. These teams advocate for the organization's mission and purpose, ensure financial resources through both fundraising and personal giving, recruit new participants and leaders, enhance the organization's public standing, support the staff, and help strengthen our programs and services. This is a corner you want to be in. Catalyst Corner is the collection of InHerShoes women who are the living example of our mission. We are committed to empowering each girl to confidently define for themselves what it means to be a successful woman in this day and age. In doing so, we bring together a cohort of Catalysts every year - professional women with breakthrough performance in what can be considered "unconventional" pathways to success. Our Catalysts set the tone for each summit, and provide a living, breathing example of what it means to be "in her shoes" - a catalyst for courage.

InHerShoes works with high-performing professional women in various industries that take leadership, management, and creativity to the next level with us. They partner with the InHerShoes leadership team as co-creators and innovators. Advisory Board members are invited to join the Board. Each summit offers a set of workshops to cater to both high school students and professional women. From Instagram Marketing, to Finding a Mentor; Staying Organized to Networking toward What You Want, our workshops offer a wide array of content and creative ways to be 1% more courageous in the real world.
