“Our fears can help us pinpoint the small and big opportunities to be courageous. As you begin to chart the rest of your life’s path, cultivate your own compass instead of relying solely on someone else’s map.”

“This next step may seem intimidating but it’s important to remember that growth happens outside of your comfort zone. Try it all, feel it all, be it all, and most importantly, don’t forget to flex your courage muscle.”

Graduation may be a bittersweet experience. High school is drawing to a close, and college is rapidly approaching. All of your hard work has paid off, and you're about to embark on a new adventure. The final days of high school are exhilarating because you are ready to move on. You're all set for when your name is called at graduation and you walk across the stage to accept your diploma. You have the impression that you are on top of the world, and that no one can bring you down. Take a deep breath in and out. Keep in mind that this is just the beginning.

“Even if you cannot change all the people around you, you can change the people you choose to be around. Life is too short to waste your time on people who don’t respect, appreciate, and value you. Spend your life with people who make you smile, laugh, and feel loved.”

― Roy T. Bennett

Congratulations on achieving the first milestone in life. You overcame so many obstacles including a pandemic. There could have been some times where stress overtook you, but you persevered. Nothing is ever out of reach to achieve. The world will tell you that reality of life has just started. But that isn’t true. Through high school, you slowly figure out who you are and what you’re capable of doing. Those four years are a long journey to discover who you are. Stuart Weitzman wants to honor your goals and achievements.

Take time each day and recognize how amazing you are and what you are trying to prove to the world. There’s nothing stopping you. Class of 2022 will change the world. And you will be a piece of that.

What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what of difference you want to make.”
