We highly recommend carpooling or utilizing Lyft or Uber. For those interested in taking the train, RealSelf is located right next to the King Station for convenience. If you will be driving, there is a parking structure located directly beneath the venue for ~$20.

Rachel Nussbaum | Founder, Specular
Rachel is the CEO and owner of a creative content agency called Specular. Also a mother of two active boys, she believes in the power of a community where we truly care for each other and be there for one another to make a difference in the world we live in. As a senior content producer, Rachel brings creative storytelling experience to the forefront of her work at Specular, creating an emotional connection with storytelling. With 10+ years of experience, she is an expert in video production from ideation through post-production.
Stacey Eddy | Head of UX Design, RealSelf

Stacey Eddy is head of UX Design at RealSelf and helped inspire their very own Mentorship Program, a program designed to empower employees to own their careers. She has over a decade of designing and implementing customer experiences while working with diverse, talented teams such as RealSelf, Amazon, Zappos, and YellowPages.com to name a few. She is an advocate for empathy and a positive team player with strengths in earning trust, taking ownership, and leading by example.
Amanda Finney | Marketing Manager, Microsoft

Amanda Finney is currently a Communications Marketing Manager on the Employee Branding team, under the Innovation, Culture and Stories team. One of her main objectives is Employee Advocacy, incorporated under the umbrella of #MicrosoftLife. She previously has experience in planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns in the political arena, developing and managing relationships with political principals and ensuring the storytelling and messaging is elevated to specific demographics of voters, constituents, stakeholders and other elected officials through various platforms of digital storytelling and social media. In her last role with Hillary for America's Digital Correspondence team, she managed teams that selected stories from the American public, focusing on specific policy as well as battleground states to exemplify the narrative for the overarching campaign while working interdepartmentally with the speech writing, opposition research, digital/social, video, and paid media teams. Her focus of work has been centered around brand integrity within community engagement for The White House and two national Presidential campaigns by means of print, digital video and other communications. She has created individualized correspondence used for fundraising, marketing operations and effectiveness, and audience engagement - for press and the general public.
Christy Johnson | CEO, Artemis Connection
Christy Johnson is an intrapreneur, entrepreneur, and strategist. She is currently building her fourth start-up, Artemis Connection. She loves working for forward thinking executives who want results. Recently she designed and launched a course on women in entrep leadership for the University of Washington. She has also facilitated courses on strategy, critical analytical thinking, storytelling and designing organizations for Creativity/Innovation at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She believes that people are an organization’s most important asset and by having a diverse workforce, organizations will have the most innovative solutions. She has seven years of experience working in corporate strategy, including nearly four years at McKinsey & Co. Before this, Christy was an award winning economics and mathematics teacher. In 2005, Junior Achievement recognized Christy as its National Teacher of the Year.
She loves to travel, read, play strategy board games and explore the world with her twin boys, daughter and husband.

After 10 years in the music industry, Hannah Mac started her own business Design by Hannah. For the past 7 years Hannah has been working closely with clients around the US designing websites and branding. Hannah has been a dream advocate for over a decade and continues to mentor and support women through her Goal Training program and speaking engagements. Hannah is a Seattle native, and just returned to Seattle after 6 years of living in Nashville, TN.
Ali Friedman | Founder & Principal, Ali Friedman
Breakout Group Leader: Fostering Relationship: Mentorship
Ali draws from her 15 years experience as a front-line fundraiser and non-profit executive. Having built and led fundraising, marketing and communications teams for community-based organizations with a wide-range of missions, she found a niche for herself as a change-agent during times of transition and growth. She earned her MBA in Non-Profit Management from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, and has worked across the health, human services, affordable housing, youth development and workforce development sectors. She was the proud founding director of development for Year Up Puget Sound, a workforce development organization working to close the opportunity divide for young adults age 18-24. Through her leadership she supported taking Year Up Puget Sound from start up to an annual fundraising program of over $5 million in 5 years, and secured the seed funding for two rounds of growth that effectively doubled the size of the organization with each stage of growth. She most recently served as the Chief Development Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County during a unique time of organizational change. She rebuilt the resource development team, resulting in an increase of $2M in philanthropic revenue in the first 18 months. Her happy-place is surrounded by smart teams passionately working towards a common mission to make their community better.
